The Solomon Islands Senior Executive Women in Leadership Program is designed for women in executive or senior management roles who want to deepen their knowledge in business operations, develop strong networks with other women, build confidence in areas including governance and refresh their professional brand.
The program is for four full days (9am-4:30pm) split over two weeks. The cohort is capped at 20 participants.
By the end of the four-day program, participants will be able to;

Network and Support System
Participants join a peer network of current and emerging executives.
Training Dates: 4,6,11 & 13th July. Award Event: 14th July
Communication
Participants hone their elevator pitch and online personal brand, and refine their presentation skills, and of climate-change risk management strategies.
Risks Management
Participants deepen their understanding of risk management at the executive level
Organizational culture and leadership styles
Participants discover their leaderhip styles and learn about frameworks to analyze organizational culture.
Governance
Participants learn foundational governance skills, assess their "board readiness,"and participate in a simulated board meeting to hone their skills.
Financial Skills
Participants deepen their understanding of personal and organizational financial management and reporting and participate on hands-on activities using real-life financial data.
Career Transitions
Participants build a detailed personal action plan to take their career to the next level.
