Program overview
The workshop will cover contemporary risk management approaches and consider a broad range of risks across modern corporate business activity. It will leverage the guidance set out in ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management Principles and highlight how to implement a risk management strategy. The program will allocate significant time to a practical case study aimed at identify risks in a typical business environment, how to assess the risks and how to treat them applying ISO 31000.
